Return Policy:

Returns are allowed within 14 days upon receipt. Please email info@shopjocelyn.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in unworn condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our return policy will be refunded the purchase price within 7 business days after receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest returning via a trackable common carrier.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
